Our Story
At Magical Trips, Disney cruises aren’t just a product we sell — they are part of our story. Every member of our team completes the annual College of Disney Knowledge training, and many of our advisors have sailed on Disney Cruise Line multiple times with their own families. We don’t just study Disney cruises — we experience them.
Our founder, Jaime Murphy, began her Disney Cruise journey in 2007, and it was truly life-changing. When she first tried to book that cruise for her own family for their 10th wedding anniversary, she visited several travel agencies in her city before she could even find someone willing to book a Disney Cruise. Most agents tried to steer her toward other cruise lines instead. At the time, social media and online agencies were still very new, and she was simply hoping to find someone who truly understood Disney cruising. That first Disney Cruise completely hooked her. She returned home, retrained as a travel professional, and eventually opened Magical Trips so she could help families experience the same magic — the magic of Disney storytelling at sea, the ease of cruising with kids, and the unforgettable memories that only Disney does so well.
