Several of our advisors hold Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) designations through the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA), reflecting advanced industry knowledge and a commitment to professional standards.

🕒 Each advisor maintains their own business hours. For urgent travel needs, please contact your advisor directly by phone or WhatsApp. Emails are typically monitored during regular business hours.

Travel professionals, including travel advisors, agents, and counsellors, do not always charge service or planning fees. However, when you request a quote, itinerary, or travel research, you are asking a professional to invest time, expertise, industry relationships, and resources on your behalf, whether or not a separate service fee is charged.

Out of respect for our team’s time and professionalism, we kindly ask that you work with one Magical Trips advisor. If you choose to switch advisors, please let the new advisor know so we can ensure a smooth transition and avoid duplicated work. If you are unsure who you have been communicating with, you can review the advisor profiles below.

If you are already working with another travel advisor outside of our team, we appreciate you letting us know upfront so expectations remain clear and any potential service fees can be discussed before work begins.

Transparency allows us to provide exceptional service while ensuring our advisors are properly supported for the work they do.
