Our Professional Travel Planning Businesses have very little overhead as we work from mobile offices, which puts us in a unique position, especially during uncertain times in the travel industry. There is very little risk to having us assist with your vacation plans, in fact due to our experience and inside knowledge using our services certainly should be a benefit. We help you navigate through booking your vacation and make recommendations that will help make your experience as seamless as possible.
With almost every booking we do, the supplier will charge your credit card directly for your trip, we do NOT hold your money - this means if for any reason any of our Professional Travel Planning Businesses closed you would not loose your booking. It is important you review the suppliers terms and conditions for your trip and agree to them prior to having us confirm the trip on your behalf. Please note; in the rare situation we do have to hold your money and pay the supplier on your behalf we will make you aware prior to booking so you can make an educated decision.

As independent business owners we have an invested interest in your vacation. The best way to have our business grow is through referrals from happy clients and through repeat business. We make the time investment to ensure we are experts in our field. This is done through training with our host TPI (Travel Professionals International), training with Travel Suppliers from around the world, training with organizations like ACTA (the Association for Canadian Travel Agencies), taking part in conferences, travelling and building relationships with suppliers.
We spend countless hours training, learning and researching, and spend time getting to know our clients so that we can match them with the right experience for them. There’s nothing worse than wasting money on the wrong vacation.

Thanks to our relationship with travel suppliers, we can often get special amenities, upgrades, perks and other VIP touches that clients don’t have access to.
We go the extra mile to prepare our clients for travel, and assist them while travelling. We are by their side from start to finish, advocating on their behalf when necessary.
We are not random customer service agents, when clients call their Travel Consultant, that’s exactly who they get, and we are always here to help if they need assistance.
Members of the Magical Trips TPI Team provide all clients with a complimentary consultation. During this consultation you will discuss your travel wish list. At that point the Member will provide you with an estimate for any fees related to the work they will do on your behalf.
These fees start as low as $25 + tax, however the fee increases with complexity of the trip, planning required and the time involved. Our team members do invest a lot of their personal time and money to ensure they are true travel experts, and as business owners they are not salaried employees. As soon as you ask them for information including quotes, they are working on your behalf, and on average spend 10 + hours assisting each client. When you ask them to work on your behalf, they do a lot of work behind the scenes to look for the best value and ensure all trip components are booked correctly. This work is covered in their Professional Planning Fee. Occasionally the Planning Fee may be waived, if this is the case the Team Member will make you aware.
We offer custom planning packages as an optional service for those who would like to avail of in-depth vacation planning.
Cost of planning packages start at $150 + tax and vary with trip complexity. Fee must be paid upfront and is non-refundable. An invoice will be provided for fees paid .
