At Magical Trips, your journey begins with a Complimentary Consultation—a personalized conversation where we learn about your travel preferences, budget, and wish list. This is your opportunity to share your vision for the trip, and our opportunity to assess how we can best assist you.
By engaging in a consultation, you are formally asking us to begin working on your behalf as your trusted Travel Advisor. This includes research, applying our expertise, and preparing thoughtful vacation options based on your needs.
We deeply value our time and the time of our clients. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship, not to compete with other advisors for the same trip request. If you're still in the process of deciding whether to work with us and intend to compare offers from multiple sources, we ask that you let us know in advance. In those situations, our Client Shopping Fee will apply (see above for details).
For most vacations, you pay no additional fee for our planning services. We are compensated by the travel suppliers after you travel—and these commissions are already built into the pricing whether you book online, directly, or through an advisor.
Choosing to have us reserve you vacation means you will receive expert advice, added value, and personalized care—at no extra cost in most cases.
Our complimentary consultation includes up to three custom vacation options for most standard requests.
However, for complex or time-intensive proposals, a Consulting Fee starting at $150 + tax may apply.

This fee applies to all flight bookings. (Flights take a lot of time and provide little to no compensation, the exact fee could vary depending on segments, you will be advised)

There is no fee for processing your initial deposit or final balance. In many cases, there is also no charge to set up automatic payments, especially when scheduled at the time of booking.
However, if you request multiple manual payments or need us to process payments at varied intervals on your behalf, a service fee may apply. This fee reflects the additional time and administrative work involved in managing customized payment schedules.

We understand that choosing a travel advisor is a personal decision. While most Canadian travel professionals access the same suppliers and pricing, some clients request quotes from multiple advisors.
Unfortunately, when several advisors work on the same trip request, it can:

Note: If more than one Magical Trips Team member is asked to work on the same trip without disclosure, the fee will be automatically applied by each advisor involved.

Due to increased disruptions since the pandemic, we have introduced a $100 + tax cancellation fee, which applies:
This fee helps cover the time and administrative work already invested, as suppliers do not compensate us if a trip is canceled.
This cancellation fee is in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.

The Magical Trips Team of Independent Travel Businesses is committed to providing transparent, professional travel services. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your booking. By engaging our services and submitting your Travel Authorization Form, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All Professional Planning Fees collected by our team of Independent Contractors (ICs) are 100% non-refundable. These fees compensate for the time, expertise, and effort invested in assisting with your travel planning, regardless of whether the trip proceeds.
If your trip is cancelled—for any reason—please note:
In the rare case of a legal action or credit card chargeback initiated against a supplier, and our planning fees are refunded during that process, those fees will still be owed in full to Magical Trips.
💡 Important: All other vacation payments made directly to travel suppliers are subject to that supplier’s cancellation policy, which you are responsible for reviewing before booking.
If you initiate a chargeback and a Magical Trips Team Member or Leader is billed for the cost of your trip, they reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover those funds. They are not financially responsible if you feel a refund should have been issued by the supplier and was not.
If your cancellation is due to a reason covered by your insurance, you must contact your insurance provider immediately to begin the claims process.
It is your responsibility to read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of each travel supplier prior to confirming any booking. These terms include, but are not limited to:

With the exception of Jaime Murphy, who serves as a mentor, no other advisors are employed by or legally affiliated with Magical Trips Inc.
Other advisors may use shared branding or marketing tools, but they operate as independent contractors under the broader Trevello Travel Network. Magical Trips Inc. is not liable for any actions, advice, financial transactions, or services provided by other advisors.
If you are working with an advisor other than Jaime Murphy, please direct all payments, communications, and concerns to that advisor directly. Magical Trips Inc. is unable to intervene or assume responsibility for any bookings not handled by Jaime Murphy.
Magical Trips Inc., nor the independent Travel Business on the Magical Trips Team affiliated with Trevello Travel Group Canada, assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage incurred by clients due to:
