The Magical Trips Team and Trevello Travel Group
The Magical Trips Team brings together independent travel advisors who collaborate, share expertise and help clients create memorable vacations. Each advisor runs their own business through Trevello Travel Group, with Jaime Murphy, founder of Magical Trips Inc., serving as Team Leader.
What is Trevello?
Trevello Travel Group is our host travel agency. It provides booking tools, operational support, professional development and supplier relationships that help independent travel advisors and travel businesses serve their clients. This model allows us to operate with less overhead while benefiting from the resources and industry connections of a larger agency network.
Founded by Morris Chia in 1994 as Travel Professionals International (TPI), the company helped pioneer the home based travel advisor model in Canada. It became Trevello Travel Group in 2022 and now supports more than 1,000 independent travel advisors and business owners.
Jaime partnered with TPI when she joined the travel industry in 2009 as a Team Leader. That longstanding relationship continues today through Trevello.
Jaime’s role as Team Leader
As Team Leader of the Magical Trips Team, Jaime helps connect the independent advisors within our group, encouraging collaboration and the sharing of knowledge, experience and ideas. Each advisor maintains their own business and client relationships while benefiting from a supportive team environment. Together, we bring a range of travel interests, destination knowledge and firsthand experience to our work.
What our affiliation means for you
When you book with a Magical Trips Team advisor, you work directly with someone who takes the time to understand your travel preferences, priorities and plans. Your advisor combines their own experience with the shared knowledge of fellow team members and the resources of Trevello’s wider network. Preferred supplier relationships, ongoing training and direct industry connections help us recommend suitable options and coordinate the details of your vacation. You receive personal service from your chosen advisor, supported by a broader community of travel professionals.
