Since opening Magical Trips Inc., Jaime has helped hundreds of families, couples, groups, and multigenerational travellers plan unforgettable vacations around the world. With more than 17 years as a full-time travel professional, she has visited over 40 countries, travelled on all seven continents, and experienced more than 30 cruises ranging from family-friendly sailings to luxury river and expedition voyages.

Jaime holds the Certified Travel Manager (CTM) and Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) designations through the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) and is an Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) through the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Athabasca University, with a focus on innovation and digital transformation within the travel industry.

In addition to leading her own award-winning agency, Jaime founded the Magical Trips Team in 2009, beginning with the mentorship of Sherry Myles, who remains a valued member of the team today. What started as a mentorship between two advisors has grown into a collaborative network of independent travel professionals affiliated with Trevello Travel Group. Through mentorship, marketing leadership, business development guidance, and ongoing professional support, Jaime helps fellow advisors build successful travel businesses while maintaining a strong commitment to exceptional client service, industry expertise, and professional excellence.
