- The 6th adult is free with a minimum of 6 double occupancy rooms booked. The value is $1924, which can be equally divided between all passengers as a discount. Please note the rare circumstance of a situation like the travel shutdown in 2020; credit is NOT given for the value of the 6th passenger. Magical Trips Inc., holds no liability.
- Single occupancy can not exceed 20% of the group's total reservations.
- Single occupancy does not count toward the earnable complimentary passenger.
- A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of booking.
- Final payment is required 74 days before departure.
- No changes are permitted 28 days or less before departure.
- Fees may apply for corrections after tickets are issued.

- Group Rates - Group rates are quoted per room in CAD dollars with taxes and fees included.
- Group Size - A minimum of 10 paying adult passengers and 5 rooms are required to be considered a group. If the group size falls below the minimum required, and/or passengers are added later, the original rates may not apply, and a new quote must be processed.
- Quote Validity - No space is held and requested at the time of booking.
- Complimentary - The complimentary passenger/room are based on the lowest valued passenger/room (or otherwise indicated), excluding connector flights, taxes, fees and surcharges.
- Additional Fees? The package price only includes flights, airport transfer at destination, all inclusive stay. Mexico does charge a small local taxes and hotel fees that are not may be applicable to the destination you are travelling to and are payable either in local or USD currency prior to your departure from the hotel or destination. Please refer to the relevant government authorities of your destination or hotel website for more information on applicable taxes and fees.
