Question

Are there other occupancies?
Answer

Absolutely, each sailing will have rooms that typically sleep up to 4 people. We are here to help, if you let us know you are interested and ages of all passengers we will make suggestions.

Question

Are there Suites available?
Answer

Absolutely, however suites sell quick so please let us know as soon as possible and we will check availability for you.

 Does this include air, pre/post hotel and transfers.
Answer

 No. It can be added.
To get a quote for a full package, please send us a message letting us know how many people and how many rooms where you are flying from if you want to just stay by the airport. Flights will not be available to quote until 330 days before. Please note; we do not book flights for arrival day. Flights can be booked after 12pm on departure day.

 Does this include gratuities.
Answer

 No. They can be pre-paid, though. Currently, it is $85.12 CAD per person for the 4 night sailings. Otherwise, they will automatically charge your onboard account in USD while on the ship.

Can I get off in each port of call?
Answer

Yes; it is free to get off in each port of call, you will have the option to purchase excursions, but it is not required.

Are activities and food included at Perfect Day at CocoCay?
Answer

Most of the experiences at Perfect Day at CocoCay are complimentary. (Waterpark is an additional charge, however there are free slides on the ship) Some of the free experiences include:
Oasis Lagoon, the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean
Captain Jill’s Galleon, loaded with slides and water cannons
Splashaway Bay aqua park
Sports courts on South Beach
Free loungers and activities at five stretches of beach
Five complimentary dining venues located throughout the island.

 Is dining included? (dining may be slightly different as this is a new ship, but this is typically what is included on the Oasis Class, which Utopia is.)

Enjoy an array of complimentary dining options day and night, including: • Main dining room • Sorrento’s Pizzeria • Café Promenade (casual) • Park Café (casual indoor/outdoor) • Windjammer Marketplace (casual buffet) • The Boardwalk Dog House • Boardwalk Donuts • Solarium Bistro (lighter-fare spa café) • Wipe Out Café (casual buffet) • Vitality Café (lighter-fare snacks)

Answer

Royal Caribbean provides all its guests on all its cruise ships with a few different drinks throughout the day that are included in your cruise fare. These drinks include • regular water • milk • tea • drip coffee (regular and decaf) • lemonade • iced tea • flavored regular water • juices (at breakfast and not fresh squeezed) • Hot chocolate (via instant packets)

Yes, there are many free items onboard, including • Perfect Storm Waterslides • Splash Away Bay • Baby Splash •4 Pools • several hot tubs • mini golf • sports court • Ultimate Abyss Slide, • Two Waver Runners •Zip Line • Ice Skating • Lazer Tag • Rock Climbing Wall •Carsouel •Amazing entertainment including Broadway show •Aqua Show • Frozen In time • Guest Entertainer •Live Bands •Parades •Adventure Ocean Kids Club until 10pm and a Teen Club.

Answer

Yes; for an additional charge. Drink Packages are available for purchase in the cruise planner once booked. The cruise planner rates fluctuate, and they do offer sales from time to time.

No, but it is highly recommended you have a full travel insurance policy including but not limited to cancellation, interruption, and medical.

Why are these rates less than I see on the Royal Caribbeans Website?
Answer

We paid money on opening day to secure space on these four sailings at a discounted rate for you to take advantage off.

Do you provide a gift or onboard credit?
Answer

Bookings made more than 6 months prior to sailing we will have a $50USD OBC added per room.

  All 4 night sailings booked in the group space will receive a special gift from us which includes a bottle Chateau St Michele Sparkling Wine for toasting sail-a-away,  Evian Water - Two 1 liter bottles, and a box of Chocolate Fruit Ganache Truffles.

Are there booking or cancellation fees?
Answer

Our expertise is offered to you free of charge, and there is no fee to book this cruise. However, we do charge a cancellation fee of $100 + tx per room to process cancellations.
